The breakfast was great if you're Thai, but a more western option would be good The bed was big and comfortable.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

Thai beds are hard, so this was not a surprise to have hard beds. The staff were very happy to provide blankets, which we lay on for extra softness.

From the Check In till the Check out everything was great in this hotel. Spacious rooms, with good comfortable beds. Room and bathroom are clean so are the bedsheets. Good working WiFi, fridge and Air Conditioning. Staff is very friendly and helpful and English is spoken at the reception. Quiet neighbourhood and a lot of parking space if you are driving a car.

The hotel is located in the southern part of the city, south of the Mun river not very far from the railway station If you do not have your own transport then you need a (Grab) taxi to get to the city centre and back.

Everything. The customer service was excellent. Some of the staff spoke and understood english more than others but they all did what they could to help us. They arranged our taxi for the next day, ordered and delivered our dinner, carried our luggage upstairs, found tools to repair a suitcase, brought up more water, organized our (complementary) breakfasts in takeaway because we were leaving at 6:30am (motel resturant opens at 7am) The rooms are very clean and the linen smells delicious - although the smell on the pillowcase became a bit overwhelming after a few minutes of breathing it in at close proximity. Shower and toilet are very clean.

The air con unit is positioned on the furtherest wall, away from the bed and sitting area so it took a long time to feels its effect.

out of the way for me but it may not be for others so don’t let me put you off no elevator so at 76 carrying heavy bags upstairs is still do-able but !!!

It was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and supportive.

Maybe the bathroom design doesn’t fit or look as high class as the bedroom. Still it was functional. I didn’t see any electric kettles and toothbrushes.

The rooms are spotless, very quiet and bright (a lot of daylight). The staff were friendly and helped me charter a taxi for the next day to visit nearby places (they went through quite some trouble calling several services, translating and explaining). Finally, I‘ve had a wonderful half-day trip to the Mekong and Mun river.

I only regret not being able to stay longer, the room and place have more to offer than a weekend trip.

Ein fantastisch, ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit Wohlfühlcharakter. In der Nähe waren kleine einheimische Verkaufsstände mit Erfrischungen, Obst und Shops mit kleinen Gerichten. Dafür das es hier absolute Provinz ist, war das etwas karge Frühstück recht passabel. Um das Hotel herum blühte es sehr farbenfroh, was sehr beruhigend wirkte. Viele kleine Eidechsen sorgten für weniger Moskitos. Hier war das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis top. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett urgemütlich. Es gab ein anständiges Bad.

sehr saubere unterkunft und sehr bemühtes und freundliches personal. sie haben uns auch einen motorroller vermittelt, nachdem die lt. beschreibung versprochenen fahrräder nicht zur verfügung standen. außerdem gab es ein geschenk und wegfrühstück beim auschecken.
